1 YEAR ANNIVERSARY PODCAST #40!

Yup! We have finally reached our one year anniversary of the Modern Gamers View Podcast. Over the past 365 days, we've continued to try and work on things, improve what we can, but in the end always try to plod on as best as possible. We once more set a format and we're sticking to our guns this time. Episode 39 died in a bad chemical accident that was not due to any of my machinations, so we leave it at that. So with that out of the way, Tiber, Brutal and I are joined by a new voice this week. That of Mr. Richard Hill. He's been around the gaming scene for a while and with his staggering amount of games, brings us some outside insight (what?) about gaming. Listen, enjoy, and wish us a birthday damn it!

MGV Episode 38.... Finally.

Phew, finally managed to get Episode 38 of the Podcast up and running. We're short two members this episode, so Koolaid, Brutal and I try to do our best without dragging things out too badly. We cover what we got for the Holiday's regardless of if it's what we wanted or not and give a quick recap of what is coming out in the Splinter Cell: Conviction Special Edition. Also. Toy guns and such.

A play thru World 2 on the PS3 version of Braid

So here I am sitting at home with a DV-R unit and a great game I downloaded on the PSN. What was I suppose to do? Not setup all the cables and then fight for an hour to get the PS3 to push video thru the DV-R onto my TV? So I have uploaded the first of what I hope is a new line of video podcast. I PLAN on get the videos onto iTunes... But until then please check out out new YouTube Channel where I am going to upload videos of us playing games and maybe even a video podcast. So check out the channel and let us know what you think. And yes before I get over run with pissed off fans, I am working on how to get the XBOX 360 to "talk" to the DV-R. So there, love for the XBOX and PS3 equal.

And what is the game I recorded you ask? Well its only the best game on PSN right now. Braid! I recorded me playing the first level (World 2). If you have not played this game yet, WHAT THE FUCK IS WRONG WITH YOU!!! I know that it was released on the XBOX market place last year but it can only be really enjoyed on the PS3. Or at least i think so. But if you or having any trouble or just want to check out the demo, watch the video first to get the layout of the first world.
